Poultry Processing Online Training

The purpose of this module is essentially to make sure we're on the same page regarding the basics of small scale poultry processing. Some of this is optional for the seasoned poultry processor, but if you're new to small-scale poultry processing, all three videos are definitely recommended. These were created for users of a Mobile Poultry Processing Unit (MPPU) in Massachusetts, but the same principles apply for other small-scale poultry processing.
